Film Loop is an educational learning platform. It is intended to support learning and practical teaching in film production and related subjects. Film Loop does not replace formal teaching, official university systems, safety procedures, equipment inductions or professional advice.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep that information up to date.

You agree not to misuse Film Loop. In particular, you must not:
- Attempt unauthorised access to the platform, its systems or another user's account
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of Film Loop
- Use the platform for any unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purpose

- Scrape, copy or redistribute content in breach of these Terms
5. Educational content
Content on Film Loop is provided for educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that content is complete, current or error-free. Users remain responsible for following official workshop guidance, risk assessments and equipment procedures relevant to their institution or workplace.
6. Intellectual property
Film Loop, its branding, software and original educational content are owned by Film Loop and its licensors. Unless stated otherwise, content is provided for personal, non-commercial educational use within the platform.
7. User-submitted and instructor-created content
Educational institutions and authorised instructors may create and maintain learning content on Film Loop. You retain responsibility for any content you submit and grant Film Loop a licence to host and display that content as part of operating the platform. You must not submit content that infringes the rights of others or that breaches applicable law.
8. Service availability
We aim to keep Film Loop available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control.
9. Suspension or termination of accounts
We may suspend or terminate access to Film Loop if these Terms are breached or to protect the platform or its users. You may request deletion of your account at any time through Account Settings or by contacting us.
